What is a Customer Support Agreement?

A CSA is any arrangement between you and your Cat dealer that helps you lower your cost per unit of production. Agreements are tailored to fit your business needs and can range from simple Preventive Maintenance Kits to sophisticated Total Cost Performance Guarantees. No matter which option you choose, you can be assured that your Cat dealer will provide you with careful planning and ongoing attention that will help you succeed.

Depending on your needs, your costs can be a flat rate monthly fee or some other arrangement based on actual production hours. Your agreement may include as few or as many pieces of equipment as you wish. You can cover individual systems, single pieces of equipment, or entire fleets. UAB Avesco three types of Customer Support Agreements:

  1. Equipment maintenance agreement
  2. Equipment maintenance and repair agreement
  3. Premium Support agreement

Equipment maintenance agreement:
This type of CSA includes overall visual and technical maintenance works and all materials necessary to perform these works. Every time after regular maintenance you will receive a comprehensive report. Analysis of this report may help to take necessary actions, that will prevent big technical problems of your equipment in the future.

Equipment maintenance and repair agreement:
This is the most popular type of CSA, that includes all maintenance and repair works. All works are performed by our qualified technical specialists. This agreement also includes Product Link system supervision as well as S•O•SSM services. This agreement will let you  have better control of your expenses related with machine maintenance and organizing of repair works.

Premium Support agreement:
This kind of agreement includes everything from above and additionally includes overhaulings as well as not planned repair works.
